Octane finally writing and recording again! …
Philadelphia’s own local original band Octane is writing again and now in the studio recording for radio airplay! Support local original music.
ProTools 10.2 running smoothly
Who would have thought the guy that registered protoolssucks.com would be using ProTools all the time now? I think it came with the ability to use 3rd party interfaces with PT9? Just before PT9 came out I started using PT8 a lot more since a lot of the tutorials I was watching were using ProTools and more of it made sense to me.

Earthbound is an original band from the Philadelphia area. They needed me to remix songs recorded on a 16 track Fostex digital workstation. In order to do this we had to record two tracks at a time into Pro Tools and then line them up. “Neverending” is the first song so far.

Danny wants to redo songs he put out on an earlier CD and also add some new songs he’s been working on that you may have heard at his acoustic shows. We work on this as time allows around Danny’s demanding schedule.
MOTU Digital Performer Lion compatibility …
As a MOTU Digital Performer user two things are obvious, I run the Digital Performer DAW and I run it on a Mac. Of course when I was notified by Apple that I could download the Lion update right now, I wanted it right then. The first thing I do? Go to the MOTU web site to see if there are any issues (I learned that from ProTools hell upgrading to Snow Leopard). MOTU being the responsible company that is it had this waiting for me:
